Q. Considering Northrup, Lockheed, and Boeing's great employee benefits, it is odd that Ratheon does not even match a portion of 401k contributions. Their web site indicates they have good benefits, but if you read it carefully, those are only for some employees (engineers?).

A. Ratheon is just ahead of the curve. We are going to see all benefits disappear since they are so costly. You will pay for your own "benefits". So, yes..
